When it's time to getting moving on your website project, either fill in our online interview or pick up the phone and speak with one of our team.
If you tell us what you'd like to achieve, we'll do our best to provide you with information and guidance, and to help you choose the web package that best suits your situation.
Once we have some information we then apply our Four "D" Web Process
Detail
Firstly, we'll be eager to hear your goals, and to understand your business and customers.
Then, we'll work with you to explore your ideas, design preferences, thoughts on website layout & navigation, and content, and we'll come up with a plan (the Project Outline).
We'll keep developing the Project Outline until you're happy
Design
Largely, our design team will be refining the concept to bring together a final design.
We'll also flesh out other elements, including key marketing messages, written content, and images. Plus, our SEO team will outline your best options for gaining visibility in search engines.
We'll keep developing the completed concept until you're happy
Develop
Our developers put their skills to work, writing the code that's under the hood of the website. Then we add content and run a thorough quality control, to create a living, breathing website.
At this point, it won't be live - you'll be given a link to view the site on our hidden server.
You'll review the site, and we'll make tweaks until you're happy
Deliver
We'll run through some final steps, readying your site to go live. We'll provide you with login details, instructions on editing the site, and important support details.
And, with everything in order, we'll set your website live and you'll be visible to the world!
You can expect more customers. Many more customers.
And it doesn't end there
We'll be right beside you to make sure you get maximum use and value from your website. We'll provide dedicated support, and we'll be here for you if you have any queries.
